Terms of Service & Waiver

1. Welcome

Thanks for being part of Forme Society! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, classes, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By booking, purchasing, or participating, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please refrain from using our site or attending classes.

2. Using Our Site & Services

  • You must be 18 years or older to participate or purchase.
  • All bookings and payments are processed through Mariana Tek, which has its own terms and privacy policy.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or booking.
  • We may occasionally update class schedules, pricing, or instructors without notice.

3. Purchases, Memberships & Cancellations

  • Class Packs & Memberships: Non-transferable.
  • Cancellations: Follow the cancellation window listed in the app or website. Missed or late cancellations may result in fees and/or forfeited credits.
  • Refunds: All sales are final. Exceptions may be considered for technical errors or documented medical reasons.
  • Merchandise: All merchandise is final sale.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change pricing or promotions at any time.

4. Studio Etiquette & Safety

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early to get set up. There is a 5 minute grace period for late arrivals; after the late window we will lock the door.
  • Follow instructor guidance and use equipment as instructed.
  • Respect others — no disruptive behavior.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

5. Health & Assumption of Risk

By attending any Forme Society class or event, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are physically and mentally able to participate safely.
  • You understand exercise involves risk of injury, including serious injury or death.
  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
  • You release and hold harmless Forme Society, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability for injury, illness, or loss sustained during participation — whether onsite, outdoors, or at any off-site event.
  • You waive any and all claims now or in the future related to your participation.

If you feel unwell or experience pain during class, you must stop immediately and notify the instructor.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content — including logos, text, photos, class names, and designs — belongs to Forme Society, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Privacy & Communications

By creating an account, subscribing to emails, or booking classes, you consent to receiving communications from us about your account, schedule updates, promotions, or announcements.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results from any fitness program. Participation is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in El Paso County, Texas.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use our Services means you accept any updates.
