Born and raised in El Paso, I grew up playing softball and fell in love with movement at a young age. But just as much as I loved the sport itself, I loved being part of a team. There was always something special to me about a group of people from different backgrounds coming together and somehow becoming a family. When I created Forme Society, I knew I wanted to bring that same feeling with me. I never wanted Forme to be just a place you come to work out—I wanted it to be a space where you can walk in feeling comfortable, feel genuinely welcomed, and leave stronger, more confident, and maybe with a few new friends. Watching that vision come to life and seeing our community grow into its own little family has easily been the most rewarding part of it all. My hope is that no matter who you are or where you are in your fitness journey, you always feel like you have a place at Forme.
